We provide finish direction, specification support, substrate review, project planning and coordinated delivery of architectural surface finishes, including 3M™ DI-NOC™ architectural finishes.

• scheduling and phasing;
• responsibilities of the parties;
• pricing and payment;
• changes to the work;
• product availability;
• warranty terms;
• delays;

If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement governs the project.

4. No online offer or acceptance

Information displayed on the website is not an offer capable of acceptance.

A form submission, email, telephone call, sample request or Finish Library request does not obligate The Design Ranch to:

• accept a project;
• provide a quotation;
• reserve scheduling capacity;
• supply a particular finish;
• provide physical samples;
• confirm product availability; or
• perform work.

We may accept or decline inquiries in our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Finish Library access

The Finish Library is provided as a preliminary visual and specification-support resource.

Access may be provided through an individual secure link. Access links:

• are intended for the recipient to whom they are issued;
• may expire;
• may be renewed at our discretion;
• must not be sold, published or distributed publicly;
• may be revoked where misuse or a security concern is identified; and
• do not create any right to continued or permanent access.

You must not attempt to bypass, defeat, probe or interfere with the access controls protecting the Finish Library.

The Finish Library is intended to assist with preliminary finish exploration. Colours, textures, reflectivity, scale and pattern appearance may vary between screens, devices, lighting conditions, production batches and physical materials.

Digital images must not be used as the sole basis for final finish approval. Final selection should be based on current physical samples, applicable product references, technical documentation, substrate review and project-specific confirmation.

Finish availability, series, dimensions, performance characteristics and technical documentation may change.

6. Technical information and specifications

Technical statements on the website summarize information available at the time of publication.

Product suitability depends on factors including:

Finish ranges, patterns, colours, series, samples and technical documents may be changed, updated, discontinued or unavailable without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every finish, sample, document or product shown is currently available.

Project suitability and availability must be confirmed before specification, ordering or installation.

8. Images and visual representations

Website images are provided to communicate design direction, finish possibilities, surface applications and commercial environments.

Unless expressly identified as a completed project, an image should not be interpreted as a photograph of work completed by The Design Ranch, a specific property, a client endorsement or a guaranteed project outcome.

9. Intellectual property

Use of these names identifies the applicable products, programme credentials or manufacturer documentation. It does not transfer any rights in those materials.

All manufacturer products and materials remain subject to their applicable terms, specifications, availability and intellectual-property rights.

Unless expressly stated, references to third-party manufacturers do not mean that the manufacturer controls, approves or is responsible for every statement, image or item of content on this website.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• submit false or misleading information;
• impersonate another person or organization;

Submitting project information does not grant The Design Ranch permission to publicly identify your organization or publish your project as a case study without separate authorization.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Newsletter participation is optional. Requesting Finish Library access or submitting a project inquiry does not require consent to receive marketing communications.

14. Third-party websites

The website may link to manufacturer websites, technical documents, social platforms or other third-party resources.

Third-party websites are controlled by their respective operators. The Design Ranch is not responsible for their:

This provision does not require you to indemnify The Design Ranch for its own negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of law.

Material changes will not retroactively alter a signed project agreement unless the parties agree in writing.
